The Preachers Network is a cohort of 1000+ young adult preachers and ministers from diverse backgrounds with a common goal to seek wisdom, understanding, and knowledge. Over time, we’ve noticed that young adult preachers of the Gospel have struggled to connect with individuals who share a desire to increase their own faith and the faith of others. Meaningful and long-lasting discipleship has been a desire of many young preachers as they look up to leadership with the intent to learn and apply knowledge of the Word, its history, and its impact on society - thus the foundation of The Preachers Network.

LIFT CONFERENCE 2024

The Lift Conference 2024, presented by The Preachers Network and convened by Evangelist Shareese Harris, was a three-day national gathering held March 7–9, 2024, in Uniondale, New York, designed to pour into and elevate young preachers and emerging ministry leaders from across the United States.
The conference brought together over 1,500 young leaders for a carefully curated experience that blended sound teaching, prophetic flow, worship, mentorship, and fellowship, all centered on spiritual growth, clarity of calling, and leadership development.
Each day was structured to engage attendees holistically:
Morning Glory and Midday Revival services provided teaching and impartation from seasoned leaders, grounding participants in spiritual discipline and doctrinal clarity.
General Sessions addressed the craft and calling of preaching, spiritual identity, and life after elevation, offering both practical and prophetic insight.
Evening services served as the spiritual anchors of each day, marked by strong preaching, altar ministry, and moments of corporate encounter.
Midnight Prophetic Flow sessions created space for extended prayer, worship, and spiritual release.
The speaker lineup reflected a deliberate balance of apostolic voices, pastors, prophets, and teachers, ensuring both generational wisdom and cultural relevance. Throughout the conference, there was a consistent emphasis on preaching excellence, spiritual integrity, perseverance, and obedience to the call of God.
The Lift Conference 2024 was not simply an event, but a formative gathering—designed to strengthen, align, and elevate a generation of leaders preparing to carry the next wave of ministry with maturity, humility, and power.
